Apple’s ranking system and categories are smartly designed; instead of boring old categories like, games, productivity, messaging, etc., Apple provides context based groups, like “Apps for cooking”, “Apps for music”, “Apps for the great outdoors”.

Ok, how good are the Iphone descriptions and content about these apps? Is there too much info or too little? Is the language easy to follow or boring technical jargon?.
The descriptions are brief but informative, and the showcase applications that Apple has chosen for its Apps for iPhone website are all very well presented.
